Boulder City Bears Football & Cheerleading is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that offers youth travel tackle football (grades 3-8), all-girls flag football (ages 9-13), and cheerleading (grades K-5) programs in Boulder City, Nevada. We are dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for kids to learn teamwork, discipline, and the fundamentals of their sport.
The Boulder City Bears strongly oppose the abandonment of school- and town-based programs in favor of cross-jurisdictional “mercenary/super teams” that recruit kids to switch programs year after year. This trend, driven by the pursuit of short-term victories and individual agendas, undermines the integrity of youth sports. It sacrifices the core values of loyalty, teamwork, and community pride for fleeting success. Most importantly, it robs kids of the opportunity to develop within a stable team environment and build meaningful connections with the teammates they will grow up with and eventually play alongside in high school.
We at the Boulder City Bears believe in building a symbiotic family with the high school program - one that nurtures development, connection and a shared sense of pride and purpose.
